I’m Elizabeth Morris, founder of Rising Tides Solutions.
I bring more than 20 years of experience across the public and private sectors, with expertise in organizational development, leadership development, facilitation, communication, learning, and change.
My work has taken me into organizations experiencing growth, transition, conflict, and complexity. These experiences have shaped how I understand organizations not simply as structures or strategies, but as living systems shaped by the people within them.

Every organization has its own history, culture, strengths, and challenges. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. I help organizations make sense of complexity, create clarity, and determine what comes next.
